  About the Free Thinking Festival

Customers must present a valid ticket to gain admittance to a screening.

Bags are subject to inspection.

Seats inside the theatre may not be saved.

Please do not leave empty seats in the middle of the row. Rush seating is less disruptive to the rest of the audience if empty seats are available on the aisles. Standing at the back of the auditorium or sitting in the aisle is not permitted due to the city fire code.

All customers must leave the cinema following each screening. Screenings and schedules are subject to change without notice.

All cellular telephones, pagers other electronic devices that may make noise or emit light must be turned off inside any of the theatres.

Screenings will be monitored for unauthorized recording. Recording devices are strictly prohibited. It is illegal to make a copy of a film without permission of the copyright owner. By attending a screening, you consent to a physical search of your belongings and person. FTFF reserves the right to expel anyone caught recording or photographing, to confiscate pirated material, and to report any unauthorized recording to law enforcement which may subject you to criminal and civil liability.

Our staff and volunteers are recruited to ensure the best possible Festival experience for all; FTFF will not tolerate mistreatment of its staff or volunteers of any kind and will take measures accordingly.

Any behaviour considered disruptive will result in the person being ejected without refund

Refund Exchange Policy

No cancellations or refunds. All sales are final. Quantities are limited and may sell out at any time. In case of the cancellation of a screening, we will refund your money at the ticket desk.
